I am Joe Mongognia. Not Rick Ross. Although I did make some work with Rozay once for Reebok. I have been a Creative for over twenty years. An Art Director for all of them, a Creative Director for most of them and an ECD for the last bunch. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to create, learn and lead with some of the most talented people in our business.

Having worked for several top agencies, on brands ranging from local icons such as BAM to global powerhouses like the NFL and P&G, I have had the chance to help clients grow their business through creativity and reach a wide range of consumers all over the world.

I have spent the majority of my career in my native New York, but I have also spent some time working in London and Chicago. Brooklyn is home.
